Killjoy’s Hot Honey is a glossy, chili-infused drizzle made with 100% Northern California honey from Pendell Apiaries, Joy’s family bee farm in Stonyford, CA. Sweet first, with a warm finish. Medium-plus heat: eaten on its own it can come across as pretty spicy, and paired with cheese, meat, or bread it mellows out. Small batch, bottled in California. Net Wt. 12 oz (340 g) per bottle. Every small batch varies a little in color, flavor, and heat.
